SILENT CABINET RECIPROCATING
Our new WESTAIR range of 3 phase silent cabinet models offer an alternative for those applications which require a low level of noise output. Significant reductions (68 dBA) in noise are achieved by using a steel cabinet lined with noise reduction insulation and slow revving cast iron pumps. Our commitment to quality means a German Condor pressure switch is used on all silent cabinet models as well as Schneider electrical contractors. Available packaged with our AS1210 190L Vertical Air Receiver.

PIPING
Compressor Technology Queensland use Ultramax piping which include aluminum and polyethylene (PE100) piping. This also includes a wide range of Ultramax Sicoair and Ultrair Compressed Air Fittings that has a 10 year quality guarantee. These piping systems have 100% leaktight compression fittings that maximise air efficiency for production. The fittings are renowned for its robust strength, high detail finish, cost effectiveness and long service life. They come in sizes from 20 mm to 160 mm outside diameter.
OIL/WATER SEPERATORS
Compressor Technology Queensland use the premium range of Nano S Oil Water Separators from Ultramax due to its advanced design. These oil water separators are environmentally friendly as no messy carbon bags are used, there are no settling tanks full of untreated condensate and there are no external oil collection containers. Oil water separators are a vital part in the downstream equipment process so that the oil is safely removed from the water therefore drastically reducing your condensate disposal costs. Oil water separators range in size from 60 CFM to 7,000 CFM.
AUTOMATIC DRAINS
Condensate build up in air receivers, aftercoolers, filters, dryers and drip leg air piping can cause severe damage to your compressed air system. To elimate this problem , CTQ offer a range of auto drains which include:
FILTERS
Risheng have the WAF Filtration Series to improve quality and efficiency. All compressed air, unless purified is contaminated with oil, water and dirt particles. Manufactured from high quality glass fibre and die cast aluminium components, the filter effectively removes any dirt particles and pollutants in the air. The filter elements are made of UK or USA needle felt cloth. For full corrosion protection, the filter shell surfaces are anodic oxidated treated and coated with epoxy resin. The design is user friendly, making it easy to replace filter elements and they are fitted with special anti-leakage technology to maximize the filtering effect. These filters range from 35 CFM to 2825 CFM.
RECEIVERS
Available in a wide range of sizes from 190l up to 5000l, our Vertical Air Receivers are deigned to match any requirement for your industrial air system. All our vertical air receivers have Australian Design Registrations to AS1210-2010 to meet all applicable Australian rules and regulations.
DRYERS
Compressor Technology Queensland ensure the best quality products, which is why we sell Risheng Dryers due to their high efficiency and reliability. Dryer options include absorption PDB (20-70°C) and refrigerant type Dryers (PDB 2-8°C) , ranging between 32 to 2578 CFM capacity. Features include:

The heat exchanger uses advanced European structural plate-fin design to maximise heat efficiency. Manufactured from thickened aluminum, the heat exchanger reduces corrosion and prevents contamination in the air pipe.
ENERGY SAVING AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
The HD Series is well renowned for being energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The inlet and outlet temperature of the pre-cooler is 5-8°C, making it significantly better than that of similar products. The outlet compressed air humidity is relatively low, which prevents condensation in the air pipe. The pre-cooler reclaims nearly 90% of compressed air, which in turn reduces power consumption and evaporation load.

The WAD-HD Series is awarded with the newest CE Certification by the European Union. All WAD-HD Dryers are fitted with a fault alarm indicator and multiple overload shut down protection for optimum safety.
